#BUMPKINWILLOWCREEK Jayden was born on the 11th October 2004, he was born into a loveless single parent home. His Mum was only 21 and had no idea who Jaydens Dad was, when Jayden was 10 months old his Mum decided she didn't want the stress of a child in her life. Jayden has spent the rest of his life at Farmtree children's home waiting on a family to love him. During his time at Farmtree, Jayden has found out a lot about himself, when he was 13 he came out as bisexual and has never been happier.
