Joe was amab but her family knew from a very early age that she identified female. Raised in a loving and supportive family Joe was able to find her true self. Sadly, following the death of her beloved father, shortly followed by her mother Joe is now alone and the foster care system is not a friendly place and she is desperate to find another family that will love her in all her individuality. #BumpkinWillowCreek
