The most common type of American Bulldog. A cross between the stockier, wider, less athletic Johnson type American Bulldog, and the more athletic, leaner, less stocky Scott type American Bulldog. This type still has plenty of energy and guardian instincts. They are a bit smaller than the Johnson type but larger than the Scott type.
