A sim based on the version of Inspector Javert from the musical Les Mis, with a bit of stuff from the book and random fan headcanons thrown in. There's a grave lack of detective/cop/spy aspirations in this game, and I started making this sim before I'd noticed so Javert doesn't get one of those.
