Alano Español
The Alano Español or Spanish Mastiff, is an ancient breed dog created by mixing various molosser breeds together. They were named by an Iranian tribe of peoples. The breed was developed for bull baiting, and later used to hunt wild boar, and as a guard dog. They are protective of and loyal to their owner, but known for being reserved with strangers.
