Tuppin is an adorable pup who was surrendered to the shelter after his owner, Mrs. Higgens, had to go to the retirement home. The lovely lady dined with Tuppin everyday every since she got him as a puppy. He loves people food, but we don't think he should have very much since he's prone to stomach issues.
