6 years later Gino is married to Kay and has 2 kids. With his grandfather Angelo Sr nearing the end of his life, and his great-uncle Sal too weak, Gino takes the family reins as mob boss. Gino travels to the Grand Oasis Casino to buy out mobster Moe Greene's stake and give the Moretti's full control of the casino. Greene refuses and scoffs at young Gino trying to assert power.
