Caesar Psycopathus
One of the lesser known emperors of ancient Rome, Caesar Psycopathus led and interesting, if short, life. The spoiled son of a corrupt senator, Psycopathus ascended to power by bribery, blackmail, and gossip. After marching his army on Rome, he redecorated the senate, married his sister, killed his parents and commissioned 10,000 statues of his likeness.
