K9-1100 or Buddy for short is a military experiment to make a dog robot that was made to be more efficient on the battleground than a normal dog. Buddy was the dog used in this experiment since he was blown up during a surprise bombing out on the field, most of Buddy's limbs were salvaged but some had to be replaced.
